1982年から1994年の間にレコーディングされた素材が集められており、そのほとんどはオリジナルメンバーのWimpy Rutherfordがレコーディングしたもの。最初の2枚のEP、1982年の「Love Me」と1984年の「Kicked Out of the Webelos」、1991年にレコーディングされたデモトラック数曲、1993年1月にRutherfordと再結成した際にレコーディングされた16曲、そして1994年にラジオ局WFMUでライブレコーディングされ、Rutherfordがリードボーカルを務めた初期の曲の完全セットが含まれている。
